All of our web hosting plans come with an unconditional 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. Which means that if you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount.

Refunds will be provided in the same payment method of the original payment. There are no refunds offered or promised after 30 days.

This policy does not cover any additional services such overages, disk space, bandwidth, e-mail accounts, domain name registrations, etc.

All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; regular mail and email notifications are acceptable. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. All requests by email must be directed to sales@lightbeingcreations.co.uk. No other e-mail address will be constituted as a cancellation and therefore would not be deemed cancelled.
