Tree Planting

While we continue to do all that we can to reduce our consumption of resources and our impact on the environment, we realise that it's not possible to have zero impact. Where some other hosting companies look to Renewable Energy Certificates in exchange for the dirty electricity they use and Carbon Credits to offset their other impacts on the environment, we wanted to have greater control over the process.

This is why, in addition to the steps highlighted in our environmental policy, we will annually assess our environmental impact and be planting trees ourselves.

Our original plans were to go down to the Landmatters Permacultre Project in Devon, but we've altered those slightly. We will instead be taking part in a tree planting project closer to home. This is being organised by a local environmental group, Climate Friendly Bradford on Avon and we will be there for the planting day on 21st February. If you're in the area, come along and say hello!
