Website Maintenance Packages

We understand that within your business, you may not have the time or the skills to maintain your new website, that's why at Lightbeing Creations we can provide an ongoing website maintenance package.

Typically this could include:

• Unlimited updates of content and/or images, as supplied by you or created by us on your behalf
• Quarterly reports detailing: amount of traffic, where visitors arrived from, what pages they visited most frequently
• Database and/or software updates (if applicable)

Each package is tailored to suit your needs, offering you the piece of mind that your site will remain current and secure, whilst providing you with information about it's success and usage. Typical maintenance packages start at £50 +VAT p/m, but please contact us for details.

Content Update Packages

In addition to the website maintenance packages above, we provide simple content update packages too. These are designed specifically to allow you to focus on your day-to-day business, while leaving updating the content of your site to us. You simply provide the text and/or images and we update your website.

We won't charge your for each individual change, rather we work with change incidents*. This means that if you need to change several bits of text and replace an image or two, if you give us all the details in one go, we'll carry out those multiple changes as a single change incident.

The costs for our Content Update Packages are:

1. Ad hoc change incidents - £30 +VAT
2. Package of 5 change incidents - £125 +VAT
3. Package of 10 change incidents - £250 +VAT
4. Unlimited change incidents** in a 12 month period - £50 +VAT p/m

We are happy to offer content update packages for websites that we have not designed, as well as our own designs. In these instances, we will provide you with an initial review of your site to ensure it is suitable for a package. The reason for this is that not all websites are coded well, and this can occasionally make updating them difficult.

* Please note that a change incident does not include making alterations to the structure of your website, they are simple changes to the content of your site, such as text and images.
